Michael Jordan, D.D.S.
He has received advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, sleep dentistry, and CAD/CAM dentistry. He has served as dental director for two Chicago area long-term care facilities.
Dr. Jordan enjoys golf, guitar, piano, scuba diving, yoga, and day-long bike trail rides. He is a member of the Chicago Dental Society, the Illinois State Dental Society, and a Life Member of the American Dental Association.
Dr. Jordan is committed to emphasizing to his patients the connection between oral health and total health and longevity.

Anita Afshari, DDS
Dr. Afshari was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. She received her Bachelors of Science (BS) degree in cell and molecular biology from the University of Tennessee and went on to receive her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from UT as well. While at UT, Dr. Afshari was a part of multiple organizations, including the American Association of Women Dentists, the American Student Dental Association, the Hispanic Student Dental Association, Give Kids a Smile, Mid-South Mission of Mercy and Remote Area Medical.
Dr. Afshari moved to Chicago to practice general dentistry. She is currently a member of Illinois State Dental Society (ISDS) and the American Dental Association (ADA).
Outside the office, Dr. Afshari enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading psychological thrillers, cooking, drinking too much coffee, and constantly exploring a new part of the city!
Nidhi Shah, MDS
Dr. Nidhi Shah is a Board Certified Periodontist with over 10 years of clinical experience.
Dr. Nidhi Shah attended the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, NJ where she received her Masters in Dental Science (MDS) and Certificate in Periodontics in 2014. She is Board Certified with the American Academy of Periodontology and earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from Mumbai, India in 2009.
She specializes in providing treatment options to save natural teeth and periodontium. Also specialize in tooth extractions, socket preservation and dental implants.
Dr. Shah is passionate about fitness, practicing yoga, traveling and spending quality time with her toddler. She recently moved from the east coast in 2020 with her family and has made Chicago her new home.
Jon Richter, D.D.S.
He is a founding member of the Lake Cook Dental Study Club, a group of general and specialty dentists collaborating to learn about the latest developments in the dental field. His professional interests include cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, the treatment of TMJ disorders, and endodontics.
Dr. Richter is married to Polly, and they reside in Highland Park, IL, and have an adult son, Ryan. When not practicing dentistry, he enjoys bird watching, fishing, bicycling, tennis, platform tennis, golf, cooking, music, and he is a member of a book club.
